Luc’s Aesthetics Policies

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/RESCHEDULE POLICY

We have inputted a cancellation policy for Luc’s Aesthetics as your time is valuable and so is ours! We do understand that certain scenarios do come up however, please give us 48 hours to rebook or cancel your appointment.

If failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame you will be charged a fee of $50.00. No Show's will be charged a NO SHOW FEE of $75.00. Please contact us for exceptional circumstances and we can make an alternative arrangement.

ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled treatment time.

Arriving to your treatment late may result in a shorter treatment time. This is necessary in order for us to stay on schedule and accommodate my next scheduled appointment. Shortened appointments will not be compensated in the treatment price. If you are 10 minutes or later to your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled regardless if you’re on the way or arriving at that moment. Please be aware that this is considered a cancellation and will result in a cancellation fee outlined above.

SERVICE & PRODUCT REFUNDS

Services at Luc’s Aesthetics are tailored to your individual needs. Although at Luc’s Aesthetics we strive for the ultimate satisfaction, unfortunately there is a chance that you may not be 100% satisfied with your treatment provided and your treatment is non refundable.

Product Refunds at this time are ONLY accepted if there is a defect in your product.
